- Prashnottari APP provides digital educational content in the form of MCQ-based quizzes, mock tests, and learning materials through subscription-based access. As the services are digital and instantly accessible upon successful payment, refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
2. Subscription Plans
- offer multiple subscription plans, including:
- Monthly Plans
- Quarterly Plans
- 6-Month Plans
- Annual (1-Year) Plans
- Refund eligibility depends on the duration of the subscription purchased.
3. No Questions Asked Refund (Applicable for Long-Term Plans Only)
- We offer a “No Questions Asked” refund policy within 21 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

- 6-Month Subscription Plan
- 1-Year (Annual) Subscription Plan
- Refund requests must be made within 21 days from the date of subscriptionpurchase.
- ❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Short-term plans (less than 6 months)
- Promotional or discounted offers
- Renewals of existing subscriptions
- No refund will be provided once the 21-day refund window has expired.
4. Refund After 21 Days
- No refund will be provided for any subscription plan after the completion of 21 days from the purchase date.
5. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. However:
- Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
- Access will continue until the end of the current subscription period.
