  • To use certain features of the App, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

    • Our app is designed for students in the 6th standard and above (typically ages 10 and older).

    • If you are under 18 years old, you are considered a minor and you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to download and use this app.
      Our Consent Process: Our app requires that your parent or guardian provides their official consent through the app within 72 hours of you starting to use it.
      What Happens if Consent isn't Given: If your parent or guardian does not provide their consent within this 72-hour period, your access to the app's features will be restricted or your account may be disabled.
      By using the app, you are confirming to us that you have your parent's permission to do so.

  • 6. Quiz Participation and Content
  • You acknowledge that quizzes within the App may be created by both users (teachers) and the App itself. The content provided is for educational purposes, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content. You are solely responsible for how you use the information obtained from quizzes.
  • 7. Payment
  • 7.1. Current Access All features and content within the Prashnottari APP application are currently provided to you free of charge. No payment, credit card information, or subscription is required to download or use the app at this time.
  • 7.2. Future In-App Purchases and Subscriptions We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features, virtual items (such as 'coins'), or offer subscription plans in the future. Before you are charged any fees, you will have a clear opportunity to review and accept the charges.
  • 8. Privacy
  • Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • 9. Termination
